I had unprotected sex about a month ago and maybe like about a week and a half ago I started getting bad cramps and lower back pain. I thought maybe a uti but I always drink plenty of water. The pain increased and on Friday this roundthing the size of a maybe a penny came out of my vagina. The thing was clear or white with a dark center. It had hair like white strands around it almost like follicles. The painincreased and on Sunday I finally went to the hospital. I didn't bleed or anything I just had diarreah.in the hospital they the confirmed I was pregnant. I was still in pain the next to days then it went away. Was that thing a baby or not? Could I have had a miscarriage. Even if the test was positive?

I wouldn't even begin to fathom what that was. It is possible to misscarry and test positive. It depends on the hormones that are in your system at the time. Did the ER think you misscarried? Until you have confirmation you should act as though you're pregnant. IE, get the prenatal vitamins, prenatal care, paint the nursery, and what not.
