I am also 14 and having lots of problems with my mom and step dad. I wanted to move into a friends house and stuff. My parents kick me out of the house at least once a month for a night maybe 2. My mom tells me to move in with somebody else all the time. Can it be a friend or does it have to be family related? Would it need papers to be signed or could we do it without papers if its in the same town and school distract. Please let me know.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion, I've moved your post to its own thread.

Your parents are responsible for you. If you try to move in with anyone else without court approval, they can get in trouble.

If they physically throw you out of the house you should call the police.

Where do you live? (Not that differences in state laws matter at 14.)
Do you actually have a family or adult you can live with? There's a huge difference between 2 nights a month and all the time. Most parents won't accept the cost and responsibility. There's all sorts of issues regarding medical, accidents, school problems, and liability if you do something wrong, whether deliberately or not...
