He wore a condom the first time but the second time maybe like 2 hours after the first time he didn't. He pulled out I know that. But it's inly been under 24 hours and my stomach doesn't feel right. Would I already feel like it?

No, you can't feel pregnancy symptoms at this time. You'll have to wait and see if your period comes. If not, wait two weeks and take a pregnancy test.

It's been 5 days since I had sex. I have felt sick but I've been tired, and cranky and have a head ach. Could I know that soon?

Nope. You sound like you have a cold or something like that. You'll need to miss a period before you will know for sure. I know that sounds harsh but most tests are only really reliable two weeks after when you should have started your period.
As well a lot of the "Pregnancy symptoms" are more psychosomatic then actual. They don't really come until mid to late first trimester. You won't conceive and BAM!! Your sore, crampy, and sore boobs. Most of those come once the body starts to ramp up the hormones to get your little incubator going.
Right now it is a waiting game.

I'll try and be as specific as I can. I had sex November 24th. My period stared November 13. So when I had sex I was most fertile. I've been having weird cravings mostly pickles. This morning I started spotting. But it was only when I wiped. I haven't bleed since then. Should I be nervous only 9 days after sex?

Two people have told you that the symptoms don't start until mid to late first trimester. That means between 1-2 months pregnant. You would be less than week pregnant if you were.
So, no you should NOT be nervous until your next period is due. If it is late, that is the time to start getting nervous. And if your period is late for about 2 weeks then you can start taking tests.
But ANY time there is penile insertion, there is a risk of pregnancy. So it is possible you are, but there is no way for anyone to tell yet. Whatever symptoms you might be feeling are due to other causes because it is too early for a pregnancy to start causing symptoms.
