My left leg swells up bad during the day as I'm on my feet all day. In the morning it has gone down. I'm a 55 yr old man. I'm over weight at 260 ibs. I've already had both legs checked out for blood clots and it turned up negative.

Even at that weight you shouldn't have that kind of swelling. Have you discussed this with your doctor?
