In your opinion should I be worried about Mutiple Sclorosis?

I have a long family history of MS. My Grandfather, Mother, and Brother were all diagnosed, claiming the lives if my grand father, and Mother. My brother is still fighting his sickness to this day. I have checked several internet sites with a list of common smyptoms. I have been having a lot of numbness and tingling going through my arms and legs. I have been having a hard time concentrating and completing my thoughts. I have been having seizures, both Peti-mall and grand mall. I have been having a very hard time urinating. My vision has become blurry more frequently, lasting longer. I have bouts of extreme fatigue, which last from several hours to several days. I have been having severe muscle spasms threw my legs and arms. With my family history and the severity of my symptoms increasing, should I consult a neurologist in this matter?

How old are you? With your family history, yes, consult with a neurologist. There is no single, definitive test yet for MS -- just the cluster of symptoms that point toward it. Early diagnosis is important, since treatment can slow the disease.

Sadly there are no doctors on this site. If there were, no doctor would diagnose or offer medical advice online, they would risk their license by doing so.

Having said that, the symptoms and family history would definitely warrant an appointment with a neurologist in my opinion.
