Okay so I bleached and dyed my hair red a year ago I got sick of it than I just dyed it brown like 3 months ago.. so now I decided to bleach half my hair but when I bleached it the results were a really orangie red brassy color.. how can I get that out?? Also please don't tell me to go to a salon because I can't afford that they charge crazy where I live and plus I have trust issues with hair salons.. I do everything to my hair so if you have advice please let me know and the color that I want on one side is just a light color... thank you in advance ((:

Call the number on the box and tell them what happened and what your trying to accomplish. They will tell you what is missing and give you suggestions. My mother turned her hair a crazy color one year and that is what we did to fix it.
