Hi, I'm Jules and I am 16. I know this is vain and maybe narcissistic but my nose is sort of larger and has a bit of a bump on the bridge and when I smile the tip curves to the right and it is so ugly in my opinion. I heard that people who have deviated septum's also get rhinoplasty. Is it possible to deviate my own septum some how and would it promise my nose appearance getting fixed. I know this is some what foolish but I really want it to change. I know it is noticeable because I never noticed until I was 12 & I was popping my wrists and my parent said "Stop that! Your nose is already crooked!". I am 16 now and another time that same family member made another reference saying " Your boobs are so big they stick out farther than your nose". & once I shut myself in the door knocking sun glasses off that I had at the time and she was like " I don't believe that because it would have had to hit your nose first, because it's not small". Once a long time ago an individual at school said the dump was ugly. It hurts me. I realize I am lucky to be alive and there are people out there who will love me even for my nose, and I should just live with it. But I see it no different than wearing make up. If you have the opportunity to fix a blemish anyone would.(almost) If there are any other suggestions as to how to fix it or hide it please fill me in.
Hope someone can help, thanks.

No, you cannot injure yourself or mutilate yourself to get a deviated septum. You either have one or you don't. Those that do, do not get cosmetic surgery on their nose. If you don't like your nose and you want cosmetic surgery start saving now. When you're 18 you can get it done.
