I had a vaginal hysterectomy: uterus; left ovary; and cervix. I was diagnosed with "chocolate cysts" I believe, aka, endometrioma? My question is, do I need to have papsmears done. I have had one every other year. I am 66 years old, do I still need to have papsmears done?

If you don't have a cervix I don't know what they'll test. Have you asked your OB at your check up? They'll usually tell you want you do and do not need.
