A 17 year old girl who is a friend of my daughters has been staying at our house because she said her parents kicked her out, I let her stay with us because she said she had no where else to go and was sleeping on the streets and had no change of clothes she is now making my daughters life a living hell I don't want to tell her to get out not knowing she doesn't have a place to stay but then again my daughter shouldn't be as stressed as she is because of this girl! I have asked the girl for her parents phone number many times and she said that since they took her phone away she doesn't have their number anymore. What should I do

Turn her over to family services. I suspect she's lying and is a runaway because she won't give you her parents number. You could be in trouble for harboring a runaway.

Or you could go to her home and knock on the door for a conversation. If your not comfortable with that then drop them a letter either by mail or put it in thier mailbox.

If this girl is a friend of your daughter's she should be easy to identify. Talk to your daughter. How does she know this girl, how did they meet, how did they become friends? Your daughter must have some info on this kid.
If she won't give you her last name, and her parents number, you have no choice but to turn her over to CPS. You are not responsible for this child.
