When I do a webcam test on webcam test sites the cam works fine with Firefox but not with Chrome. I am using a desktop computer. When I test the cam using Chrome it says Bluetooth service not running.
Vista is my OS.
How do I fix?

Is the webcam bluetooth connected or does it use a cable? Also many sites dont bother with using a browsers internal codes but use things like "flash". If that is the case then make sure to right click and give the needed permissions for it to work properly on web based sites.

Webcam plugs into a USB port. It is not bluetooth.

Do you know if the sites you are attempting to use are ones using flash ? Also you might try dumping chrome if there is nothing critical on it and then after a reboot doing a fresh install of it making sure to have your webcam connected when you do it.

Yes the sites do use flash. I have updated version of flash installed.
