I had a baby 8 months ago, and after that I was having normal periods. My first one was very heavy but normal after that. Well in September I missed my period and the 2nd week of October I started spotting. For a month I had brown and red bleeding not to heavy though. I went to the Dr last week he gave me a pregnancy test which was negative. He told me the irregular bleeding was normal due to having a baby and he put me on because to regulate it. Well the day after I went I started bleeding heavy bright red and passing big clots so I just assumed it was my period, but that was a week ago and I'm still bleeding heavy. Any ideas of what it could be?

You should go to your doctor again and tell him everything that you just said online... That's the only answer I can come up with...
