I want to purchase a Contigo autospout water bottle. The spout on this bottle is exactly like a sippy cup, where you suck up the liquid from the spout.
Before I buy the bottle though, I was curious if prolonged use of a bottle like this is harmful to the teeth? I will only be drinking water out of this bottle.
I previously have owned a Camelbak bite valve bottle, and find that it put a lot of pressure on my teeth, so I stopped using it. I wanted to know if the Contigo bottle is a good choice, or if the spout design is also harmful to teeth.
