Had a knew Valliant boiler installed about 6 weeks ago... 2 weeks got up in the morning and no hot water or heating.. rang engineers who installed the boiler... told me to reset the boiler... over the telephone... now the radiator in the front room does not work and went to put the hot water tap in the kitchen on and just a trickle of hot water comes out the hot water tap, then hot water completely stops running?
Engineer is returning in the morning who installed the boiler... anyone got any advice?
Is it the boiler?

Do you get a good strong flow of cold water from the cold tap?
