Hi I need serious help. A while ago I tried changing my hair from black to blonde and did about 7 processes.. Still didn't get the color I wanted so I went to the hair salon and let them fix it so they put bleach and left me under the dryer for a long time... When I came out they washed my hair started to comb my hair and it fell out.. my hair was completely broken in different spots. I was devistated then I had no choice but to dye it black again because it just looked terrible and I cut it really short. Now my hair is growing and I want to get the black out but I don't want that to happen again... I was thinking of going to someone very professional or if anyone can give me some advice please. Most appreciated thanks!!

What has happened to you is terrible. If the salon left the bleach on too long, it could definitely cause extreme damage or cause your hair to fall out. For damaged or over processed hair use a nourishing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. You should also do a deep condition once a week to help repair the damage. If you want to go from black to light brown, you will need to chemically lighten your hair. I don't recommend using any chemicals on your hair since it's still fragile. You should consult a professional hairstylist about coloring your hair again.
