I've been dealing with this for several months now. My skin will be clear for about a week or so & then breaks out again. Mainly on the forehead area and it's many small, red pimples. Sometimes it gets a bit severe.

Any tips on what I can do to stop these break-outs? (Diet, products, etc.).

Thanks in advance for your help!

You are young and male?
Some of this goes along with all the extra hormones of youth. Some of it is diet. Some is keeping clean, and that means keeping your hair off your forehead, as well as gentle but frequent washing with very mild soap and lots of water, patting dry gently too. Take a small piece of paper towel and pat your forehead with an astringent like peroxide.
I don't know how a young man keeps his hair off his forehead except by cutting it short, or wearing it very long and in a pony tail. (Plenty of very manly men do so.)
Too many people try to hide pimples by hanging their hair over their faces, but that just makes it worse.

Another thought, since you say there are many of them and they are small and red, is that you have a scalp condition that spreads down to your forehead. Have you examined your scalp? Folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles) comes to mind.
