I don't know what I should do about this. So I have a part time job and I'm going to college full time. I have never had a problem with my work schedule up until we got this new service manager. He's changing everyone's schedule around and he is scheduling me to work hours when I'm in school. He's not a very reasonable person and he is arrogant. Should I go up to him about this and how should I handle this matter. I was doing so well in school and now I'm pretty much failing because of my work scheduling me like this. Can he do this? Should I go to my union representative about this? Work is causing so much stress on me that I just feel like quitting but I need this job as well so I can make money and pay for things like school and bills. Any suggestions?

'Can he do this? Should I go to my union representative about this?'
Yes and Yes. The union rep would be a much better source on how to handle this than we would ever be plus he knows what's in the contract.
Bottomline is even though this seems big now, it will just be a small insignificant memory in the long run well after you have FINISHED SCHOOL. So FINISH SCHOOL and make that the priority. You can get a job just about anywhere but FINISH SCHOOL.
Can you tell what I think you should do?

If you are in a union and you are being scheduled for school hours where your school time was being accommodated previously, then this is one of the things unions are for.
However, you say; "Should I go up to him about this and how should I handle this matter. " If you have not gone to him and said this is my school schedule can you rearrange my work schedule around it? then the fault is yours. He may not even know that this is a problem unless you have told him. Now if you told him and he refused to cahnge your schedule, then the next stop is your union rep.

Well he has my school schedule written down and he acted dumb about it. He's all like oh I didn't see that well I'm new at doing this so I'll get better.

It is your duty to go, as soon as you see there is a conflict, and talk to him, he may lose the schedule, forget about itt,
