This is a do it yourself help site. Suggest that you contact Maytag.

I wonder if I can help...
I bought a front loader not long ago, and discovered a lot of things about it were slowly getting unlikable. Little things like it wasn't getting anything clean, and clothes were starting to stink.
So - GUESS WHAT - I read the manual. I don't think many people read manuals. I know I tend to gloss over them.
So tell us, lillian, is yours a brand new front loader?
I'll list 3 things I solved, and am now very happy with it again:
1. Clean the little hole bottom front of big rubber gasket. Underside too! All the pet hair and lint and dirt collect in there and rot.
2. Drain the hose inside the little panel on the front of the washer cabinet. You may see instructions inside. You will need a low pan like 9 x 13 x 2 high.
3. If you see an option for 'extra water' press it when you start the washer! The water saver is what the factory sets it at, but now I hit that button for every wash. It's the only way to get anything clean. Apparently no one who designs washers ever gets dirty.
Does any of that help?
Mine isn't a Maytag, but I think all the new frontloaders have those things in common.

In some consumer publications, front end washers do not get good ratings. Yes, they save water but have seal issues with clothing getting caught and torn and a higher frequency / cost of repair. Not sure that is your complaint but just a note of interest.
