Three days late is nothing. Sounds like you just had an off period.
Pregnancy symptoms don't happen until you're actually pregnant. The first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period, and a period isn't considered missed until it's at least 2 weeks late. So any symptoms you had before this were likely due to something else, or wishful thinking if you're trying to conceive.
Having said that, some women do have bleeding during pregnancy and mistake it for a period, but that bleeding is usually off in some way. So wait for your next period and see what happens. If you miss it test using first morning urine.
But based on your post, you were just a little late this month. It happens, and 3 days late is really nothing. Stress alone can cause that, and who isn't stressed when trying to conceive?
Good luck.

If you were pregnant, and I'm not saying you are, it would be too early for your abdomen to be "hard and a bit bumpy." This doesn't happen for at least 3 months.

Your uterus is still down in your pelvis. It hasn't popped yet. If your belly is hard then that is a sign of a completely different gastrointestional problem that needs to be checked out.
