If I moved into a house that was fully furnished at the timeand didn't have the inspection done prior to buying it.now that I am in the house I seen they are larder bettles.after being here for a month I had found that the cut out the bottom of the cabinet and put dog food under it and sealed it up.larder beetles are attracted to dog food.I want to know what can I do about them lyin about the infestation because they put it there.I figure they put it there thinking I woulf just give up and leave because it would be a win win for them on landcontract.can you tell me is there something I can do about this.have spent a lot of money on the orkin man and other stuff to kill them.but it wouldn't have worked because they was seal up and eating and mateing right under the cabinets.I see no reasono for them to leave.so with that being said on a landcontract.what can I do if there is anything I can do

Post has been moved to a thread of its own, from here (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/real-estate-law/land-contract-default-seller-143738.html).

What does your contract say about the problem. Is there any language in it which would seem to warrant the premises against this sort of thing? If not, it would be a matter of caveat emptor ("buyer beware").
