My mother an I are going through a battle for my daughter my child has lived with my mother for about a year now cps wants my mother to adopt can I give full custody then fight later once more stable

Why does CPS want your mother to adopt. By giving her custody now, you will make it very hard to regain custody later.

If CPS is advocating adoption, they don't think you will ever get stable. Does mom have temporary guardianship now? If so, why does CPS want to change things?
