I have a well on almost 7 acres(country-Oregon)I bought 12 years ago and water pressure in house has been good till recently. The well has excellent pressure to outside faucets but its got really low pressure at all interior faucets. The Well Tech said probably a clog or break somewhere along the piping to the house, Is there anything else I could try before digging up the water lines?

Where is tank, at well or at house?
Where are outside faucets relative to house?
Do you have any filters or softeners that supply interior faucets but do not feed exterior faucets?
Do outside faucets feed off the main line before they enter the house?
You may have a blockage, but logically if you had a break, your pump would be running all the time.
If you have a blockage it would be at a valve, (or filter or softener).

Good post by HK. Filters usually have a bypass so try that and see if it improves things. Shut off valves can clog as well.
Might want to check your faucet aerators. Could be something that simple.
As HK said, probably not a leak. To leak enough to cause a noticable drop in pressure would take a fairly large leak and you'd likely notice that.
