My blower on my intertherm model 4186900 tries to come on but won't fully kick on. The burner comes on but that is all. What could be the problem?

With the power to the furnace turned off, try to turn the fan by hand. If it is difficult to turn, the motor bearings are probalby bad requiring a motor replacement. You should be able to spin the fan easily with your finger.
