Hello,
We have a problem with our house, we have no hot water upstairs, its just a little warm, but very hot downstairs. Also it's very low pressure. It's happening in all 3 showers and all 4 sinks. The problem is getting worse and worse. We are living in this house 15 months and it's started to happen couple months after we moved. Now it's just ridiculous. We've called city to check the pressure and it was about 45 which is common for our area since we live uphill. We've called technician for water heater check, and he didn't find any problem with it either. Can you please advice what can cause this problem?
The house is 5-6 years old, tank water heater, gas, got new shower fausets but it didn't help at all.
