Pregnancy can only be diagnosed with a urine test, a blood test, or an ultrasound in later pregnancy.

Miscarriage can only be diagnosed by an ultrasound, or a doctor.

In other words, we can't tell you if you were pregnant, and we can't tell you if you miscarried.

If you are having a period now, doubtful you are pregnant. You need to see a Dr. about a possible miscarriage .
