I have a little credit problems my score is low but I want to start my own business how do I get it started who do I talk to about a building and finances to start this business.I want to open a daycare.

Prepare yourself a business plan.

First step you need to do is prepare an introduction letter, introduce yourself to your clients / customers and what you are offering, attached prepare a questionnaire. Your market reseach, you need to research first before you know whether your business will take off, see if you have potential clients also very important research your competitors.
This is the reason why you should so market research, esp as you said you have credit problems. This way with research you know if you have potential customers... and its customers who give u credit :)
