I have just replaced one of the original two 7 day programmable thermostats that came with the Carrier Weather Maker II, 2 zone controller. The new thermostat is a Honeywell TH83200U1008 Vision Pro 8000. Will the new thermostat work with the original 2 zone controller? What is the interface problem? Heat pump will not activate when both thermostats are activated. I have had the heat pump checked out and is in good condition and charged.
