I have to put in a bid to clean a 4,000 sq ft medical office. It has 11 small exam rooms 4 restrooms, 2 Dr's offices, 1 large waiting area and 1 large lunch area.
1 exam room they will perform medical procedures, and 2 recovery rooms.
Procedures will be performed 2 days per week in New York City, (queens).
How much should I charge? ( cleaning is performed 4 days per week.).

I hope you get some good suggestions. But take into account disposing of biohazard when cleaning and disposing of this hazardous garbage.Tthat is definitely worth a few extra dollars. Every good sized doctors' office are more then likely to have this; especially in exam rooms; where medical procedures are performed; and recovery rooms. Make sure you are wearing appropriate gear when doing so.

Hello Tickle,
I don't have to dispose of any hazardous garbage, the Dr's. Staff takes care of that. Yes I do wear protective gear anyway, to clean inside the rooms. I still need to know how much should I charge, can you or someone else tell me. Thanks!
