Me and my fiancée are 27 years old. We are staying in two different countries. Last month, we stayed together for 4 days. I was having periods that day (3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th day). My period started on 2nd October. We got involved physically, and indulged in Mutual masturbation. He was using Condoms. However, one time, he did not use condom and after masturbation, we cleaned with dry towel, and wiped our hands dry with tissue. However, we are now worried, whether we touched her genitals soon after that. Can I get pregnant this way?

Adding to our worry is the fact that, I started having cramps from the 13th day to 15th day, and had observed some spotting on 14th day. I used to have mid cycle cramps but never had spotting before. I used to have DUB issues, and was fine for last few years after treatment. My usual cycle is 26 - 30 days. On the 29th day, I started having some very light bleeding (no sanitary napkin was needed) and from 30th day on wards I had usual period bleeding, which was little lighter than what I generally have. To be confirmed, I took a pregnancy test on day 33 and it was -ve. It's been 8 days and I am still having a very light bleeding with bad cramps and nausea in the morning. Could I still be pregnant?

Yes. It is HIGHLY unlikely but possible. We're talking like a 1 in 1millon chance, but still a chance.

Probably not. It is probably the stress that is doing this to you.You had your period. Sometimes you can get wonky periods that are caused by nothing more then stress or an illness you didn't notice or what not.
