I am on opt from dec 2012 , right now I am in San franscio , how much will be the tax diff if I move to Texas instead of California since sate tax is more before Texas I am earning like 6200 , after taxes I will get like 4700 will there be much diff if I move to texas>?

Texas has NO state income tax, so, for sure, you will pay LESS tax in Texas than you would in California.

So if state income tax is the only consideration, then move to Texas.
