So I'm wounder how a person can become a living GPS, or something of that nature. How can a person be consistently tracked down, to the point were the oppressor can hear every conversation and relaying it live for other people to access (online). In addition what can be done about this, to prevent it, disrupt the signal (rendering it useless), and who do you report it if suspicion is more than evident?

Also this person is actively giving people acces to my internet activity live, so other normal people like you and I can see me typing this at the same very instant I'm doing it. They call it "trolling" and its funny according to them, I call it invasion of privacy help! Or who do I go to for immedient help!

If someone can see what you are doing on the Net it means that something was installed on your computer. You need to use a firewall to prevent that program from broadcasting what you do.

As to the rest. It sounds like you have been bugged. You need a pro to detect it.

If you can then prove this person has been doing there are anti stalker laws that you may be able to prosecute them under.
