A long time ago I watched a movie about a family who was murdered by a gang (I think a motorcycle gang). At least they think they got the entire family, but the son survives. HE goes on a revenge spree and gets them one at a time. I think a lot of it played out in the woods and I remember that one of them was impaled against a tree. It wasn't a great film and I think quite low-budget, but maybe someone can give me a heads up on the name of the movie.

Oh my goodness=O I kept thinking of that movie every time I revisited your question. I'm so happy that I finally gave in to my impulse!

I really like this movie for a number of reasons. It's such a sweet moment when he repairs the cassette player for the boy, surprising him with it. Yet, it's also filled with action~a truly great revenge tale.
