No. Symptoms don't appear this early. It's either wishful thinking or you have the flu or some other digestive upset. The first reliable symptom is a missed period. Then wait two more weeks and take an hpt with first urine of the morning.
And those calculators are usually like video games -- fun to play with but not very useful otherwise. Every woman's cycle is different, and your own cycle (and fertility) will vary from month to month. There is no standard time for fertility.

Best way to become pregnant is to be having sex all the time. Even when you think that you're not in your fertile time. For one it is fun, no arguments there, but it also makes sure that there's sperm around when the egg comes down the tubes. Limiting it to your 'fertile' times might not work if the egg isn't released in that time.
Best way to become pregnant is to be having sex all the time. Slow down there Stud! It takes a man approximately 36 hours to regain an adequate sperm count for conception.
While women are born with a certain number of eggs, men are not born with a specific number of sperm. It takes time to regenerate sperm once the lot is released, so to speak. Having sex at regular intervals is appropriate.
