The song is old more than 12 years, woman singing, it's a tock-tock rhythm and it's very dancy, music video is colorofull, with a lot of flowers, sunflowers. Woman is wearing colorful pants and ordinary t-shirt or top. She has got a short dark hair. Seems like a very childish song.

No it's not Ke$ha. This song is old, as I already said. Very old, and the music video is almost hilarious, something like Aqua - Barbie girl music video. Woman is Wearing colorful pants, has short, dark hair and she is whistling and skiping, too. I was young then but I remember that there is also a lot of sunflowers in the music video. Mom thinks that her name contains "lee". :D however, thank you :)
