Have sex. Lots of it.

You've had a child and an abortion which is traumatic on your system. It also takes time to get pregnant. So wait it out and have some sex. It can take up to and over a year to conceive and that's assuming that there's nothing wrong. Your body could reject the embryo, it could just not implant, you could not be releasing an egg, or a number of different reasons.

If you don't conceive in a few months you might want to talk to your doctor about possible courses of actions.

There are no foods that will increase chances of pregnancy. You can, however, start to take prenatal vitamins now while trying to conceive.

Prenatal vitamins. Folic acid too. As well as a healthy rounded diet. The best thing to do is to make sure the body is health and nourished. There isn't a magical food that will help. We would have found it by now.

Oh yea. The sex thing too. Have a lot of it.

Prenatal vitamins contain the RDA of folic acid for women of child bearing years.

Fair enough. My doctors was always pushing more. I am not sure at what point a over dose would occur, or what the results would be.

It's a waste of money. What isn't used by the body is excreted through the urine.
