Is there any best treatment about gum diseases

No, it isn't easy. It takes constant care of your teeth and whole mouth, at least once a day, with brushing (including your tongue), flossing, and a little brush called a proxi-brush for between teeth.
Gum disease can vary from mild gingivitis all the way to serious periodontitis, which is when the gums recede and pockets form. When it's serious, you have to have surgery that removes much of the gum. It's done in 4 quarters of the mouth over 4 visits, and the gum is covered until it grows back with healthy tissue.
