Hello there,

My husband and I have been trying to conceive on and off since March. I am 26yrs old. I have 2 endometrioma cysts on my left ovary so I knew it would take longer TC than someone who doesn't.

Anyway its Oct 30th and my period is due on Nov 3 and no sign of sore tender breasts. I usually get sore breasts 7-10 days before my period.

Other symptoms include: mild cramping in lower abdomen, on right side near ovary (which I have never felt before) weird poking around belly button and sharp twinges probably 3 times so far. My breasts look like they increased in size and feel mushy (they usually are quite firm and perky lol) Sometimes I feel nausea when I am really hungry. I could probably sleep all day. I was constipated for a couple days not my usual thing and was gassy (sorry for TMI). I have been having vivid dreams as well.

I really hope I am pregnant. Fingers crossed. I am scared to test so I don't jinx it. I will just wait another 4-5days and see what happens.

Baby dust to you all xx

Teagan, we pride ourselves on the accuracy of our answers here. At the tender age of 13 you do not have the expertise or education to diagnose pregnancy.

To the OP (original poster), pregnancy cannot be diagnosed by symptoms alone. You will have to wait until your period is at least 2 weeks late to test using first morning urine.

The majority of couples trying to conceive take up to a year or longer before conception occurs.

If you are pregnant, it would be too early for any pregnancy symptoms. The first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period.

Pregnancy shows aren't education enough to answer questions here.

I am an RN and I deliver babies for a living. Please post answers only in the categories you have experience in.

Test two weeks after your missed period. Before hand can give you false negatives. That would place you mid month I know, and you don't want to wait.

The best symptom for pregnancy is a missed period. Then rest could be PMS or just natural changes in your cycle. The symptoms you mention happen when your little one starts to grow more in you and your hormones go wacko to grow the kid. Unfortunately a lot of people think that those start as soon as you conceive, not true. Sadly that would make things a lot easier.

Good luck and merry baby making.
