I'm 28 with 4 kids I had my tubes tied 11 months ago I just had my period 2 weeks ago as of today I started spotting bright pinkish red with cramping any suggestions

I'm not sure what you're hoping to get an answer on. Suggestions would be to wear a pad, maybe take something for the cramps. If this is a concern, see your doctor. There's really no way to tell you why this is happening, online. If you're worried, only your doctor has a chance at diagnosing what's going on.
