This refrig has bottom freezer. Water to refrig is turned off. Water collects on floor of freezer and freezes. I need to know how to correct this defrost problem.

Remove cover to bottom freezer coils and at the bottom is the drain. Blow it out with a hose nozzle and then wash out coils under it with spray soap and water and clean fan blades and drain pan. Here is a manual: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/8010163/GE_Bottom_Freezer_Ser_Man.pdf
