It was likely from the 90s or early 00s. 2 aliens crash land on earth after one shoots the other down. The aggressor was in some large suit, the alien being chased was bald with tatoos on his face. A guy and a girl team up and help the tatood alien (human appearance with the tatoos).

One scene there was a fight between the 2 aliens in a car junk yard. Some cars fall on the alien aggressor and the good guys use the opportunity to take off in a car.

Last detail I remember was at the end of the movie the guy and girl run through the forest and come upon I believe a barn in which they find a hatch. They go down the hatch to deactivate an alien bomb while the 2 aliens fight each other.

I really thought I remember jeremy london being in it but it isn't listed in his IMDB or anywhere else I can find.
