Does water come out all the time or just when you use the faucet?

Where is it coming out in relation to the sink and dishwasher?
Have you felt all around the trap under the sink?
How about the fridge, and does the fridge have a water line to an ice maker? Does the freezer have a condensation pan or drip tube?
What plumbing is on floors above, if any?
Can you look at the underside of the kitchen from the basement?

Find the leak first and then post back and we'll see what we can do to help...

I have check al the connections under the sink and everything is good. I also have water in my garage that appears to have soap in it so makes me think I could have a drain problem the sink is not holding water at all or the half bath. I have checked the frig ice maker water line and no leaks.

Seems to be more when I use the dishwasher but I may be getting water from the faucet also.

If you can't tell where you are running water when it leaks out:
Put some food coloring in the dishwasher.
Take off the front panel on the dishwasher and get on the floor with a flashlight and check the connection.
Put some dye in the half bath if it's not the dishwasher.
