I was 4 days late and now I am bleeding lightly it . I am normally regular as clock work, could I be pregnant. It is now 7 days and I still haven't had a normal period.

I absolutely knew when I was pregnant because I ABSOLUTELY did not get my period and never did till ll months after. If you know your body, you know what is going on with it. It makes sense to listen to and heed menstrual cycles and they can vary from time to time IF YOU WORRY ABOUT IT!! If you are unsure please get a pregnancy test, whichever way you see fit, but get it done to settle your mind.
