The brooch is rectangular shaped and looks very old, it has rows of rhinestones, some missing, and a blue gem (square) sitting sideways in a diamond shape in the middle. I have examined the back very carefully and the only marks are 11, just two ones side by side, not Roman numerals, either. I've looked all over and can't find anything with just 11.
