Andrew took a course at norh central Missouri college 1301 mAIN STREET TRENTON MO 64683 TO QUALIFY for a new job he paid tuition of $400 and did not reciece form 1099-t in 2011 or 2012, andrew has never claimed the hope scholarship credit or the american opportunity credit. He is not enrolled at least half time for one academic period in 2012 andrew received an expense allowance of $500 fror his travel expenses under emplyers accountable plan shown with code L in box 12 of hi w-2 form he did not receive a meal or entertainment allowance his wages were 43,000 and the rest in 3-5 was the same he got a 1099-g stat of missour state or local income in box 2 was 300 then a 1098 bank of Missouri with 7,280.23 in box one and real estate tax paid on box 4 was 3,000 then he had a 1099-g Missouri unemployement for box one was 3,800 nothing else what forms do I need and how do I fill them out please

What class is this for? No books? Do you really expect someone to do this for you. Read it again -424,000 for his Subaru? We do help. not homework for you.
Go to the library and get the 1040 guide and state tax guide. Read them.

If it IS homework, the forum rules prevents us from answering your questions in detail.

However, you will file Form 1040 and the Missouri state return. You qualify for the Lifetime Learning Credit for the college course.
