Hello I after unprotected intercourse I took levonorgestrel 0.30mg then after few days being afraid of pregnancy took cytotec 200mg tab now my periods are due since 10 days but not menstruing so very much tense strip test is negative please help me

Okay. So you took two Plan B type pills. The first being the famous, and the second being a lesser known but also a reputable emergency contraception pill.

There are two possible out comes right now and I can't say which is going to happen:
1). The emergency contraceptive pills work and what you're seeing is their effect of your menstrual cycle. They're both reasonable harsh, but effective. You'll need to wait for a few weeks, and NOT have unprotected intercourse, until you get your period to know for sure.
2). The emergency contraceptive pills DIDN'T work. In which case you're pregnant. They're effective but there are cases where they're not and you still become pregnant. Unfortunately there is no way to know this until you've gotten your period which will come in a week or two. This is the time that your body is trying to reset itself.

Not the answer you want, but what you can do is the same. Wait for it to come or to not come. If your period is not here in another week I would check with your local Doctor. In the mean time you can contemplate what other birth control options you can use that prevent semen from interacting with your egg rather in trying to get your system to flush out any fertialized (or not) egg.
