I forgot how the song went or who sang it just because it wasn't a very popular (it was around the early 2000's when I heard it) but I remember certain things about the music video that might help
it starts by the singer(female) turning on a boom box and then they show her sitting on a porch and she is wearing a white hoodie with white shorts and sneakers which is similar to the one JLO wore in there I'm Real video and I remember she also had dark long hair and then she switches into a red top and some kaki jeans or something similar and sings in Spanish and English. I hope this is good enough for someone to help me finally find this artist and song.
