Do you think it is right for employers to dictate what employees can and can't do outside of work? To what extent? I have a project on this topic and my side is I think they do have the right.. Trying to get some ideas, what is everyone thinking?
(If you have ideas for my side that would help)

It is common at some levels of jobs, and it is their company, the employee has the right not to work there and just to work somewhere else. Workers often forget that it is the company that is giving them the job, and that they should understand the rules of working there.

In management jobs I have had to live in certain standard of living, so I could entertain in my home. Required to belong to certain clubs and groups.
