Hello. I would like to know what are the chances I am pregnant. After researching I concluded that it was little due to the following fact
He was wearing his VERY wet boxes with (according to him) precum. It did not go in but it surly pressured my vaginal area. Not just touched
Second. It was one day after my period had ended.
I'm freaking out so I don't know if that's the reason I feel funny and weird and have pain and nausea or it is because I am pregnant.
PS the boxers where very wet and it wasn't a very strong material.

You wouldn't have any symptoms at this point -- too early. It would be pretty much of a long shot to get pregnant the way you described. My guess is no, you aren't pregnant.
If you miss your next period, wait two weeks and take hpt with first morning's urine.
And stop such risky behavior. Next time, the boxers may not be there.

So I shouldn't worry even though I was naked? Or should I take plan b pill just in case.
You are a real doctor right ?

There are no "real doctors" on this site. We do have some medical people and very smart members who will probably comment when they come online. My expertise is in being old and smart and having had babies.

There is no way to know now. What a Pregnancy does is test for certain hormones that are release only after the embryo has been implanted in your tissue and starts to grow.
Harkening back to your health class you should remember a few things. Ovulation occurs about mid cycle, that is at least what happens with the majority of women, Sperm needs to be around your fallopian tubes at that point to fertialize the egg. So you're now at about day 14 or so. That takes a while for it to travel down to the uterus. The body has NO idea that it has a embryo on the way.
When it gets to the uterus it starts to burrow and implant. This is when the body starts to take notice of the embryo and starts customizing your Fetal Support System to accept the embryo. The hormones that start this and continue through out pregnancy are the hormones that are being tested.
To bring it all home, you're worried about something that happened on day 1.
*DISCLAIMER* There is no way to know when you ovulated and you could ovulated as soon as your period is done so he could have impregnated you. There is a bell curve, YAY MATH, that describes when a woman should ovulate given a perfect 28 day cycle and no friction (I need a physics joke). The top of the bell is centred around 14 days. This doesn't mean that you weren't a little deviant and ovulated early.
TL;DR. You won't be able to test until implanted and growing, approx 2 weeks after the start day of your period.

How old are you that you are so woefully ignorant of human reproduction? Didn't your mother ever give you "the talk"? Didn't you get some form of sex ed in school?
If this occurred on Monday it might even be too soon for an egg to be implanted. So no, there is no way to tell at this point. But its too late for Plan B. So you just have to wait for your next due date.
If getting pregnant scares you so much why take your panties off?
