I want that any digit I type should come with a star like this * just like a percentage comes with this %

Try formatting the cells, as " General"*" " with out the double quotes.

Right click on the cells that you want to edit.
Select Format Cells
Under the General Tab, select custom on left bottom.
"*"###### (Will look like this: *123456789)
######"*" (Will look like this: 123456789*)
