Ould I ask for an emergency court hearing because my ex partner has a phrohibited steps order against me moving my daughter from her school. She has special needs (autistic) and me and her are living in a refuge fleeing domestic abuse. The school my daughter is going to is 24 miles away from the refuge and my daughter gets very tired having to get up at 5.30am every morning so that she can travel and get to schhol on time.

Evidently English is not your first language. Maybe If I restate the question I can understand it:
You and your "ex partner" have a child together, a daughter. The ex has a court order phohibiting you from transferring the daughter from the school which the daughter is now attending. You want to know if you can get an emergency hearing to enroll the daughter in another school, closer to the emergency shelter where you and the daughter are now living.
Certainly you could ask for an emergency hearing. The courts of which state or country (where you are located, presumably) entered this order?
