What is the difference between a Warranty deed and a securtiy deed?

With a Warranty Deed, the grantor warrants the title to the property. I believe that there is no such thing as a Security Deed. You may be confusing it with a Security Instrument such as a Deed of Trust, which secures the note for the debt that is owed on the property.
